Crispy Crab with sate sauce
Crab :
- Crab cut small pieces 500gr
- Eggwhite 1 pcs
- Tapioca flour 2tbsp
Method : Mixed all ingredients and Deepfryer for 5 minutes in 180 degrees
How to make the crispy crab with Xo sauce
- Water 1cup
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Chilli julienne 1tbsp
- Coriander for garnish
- Eggyoke 1pcs
- Tapioca 1/2tsp
- Five Spices 2 pinches
- sate sauce 3tbsp
Method :
- saute ginger ,chilli and Onion then addd sate sauce ,water and tapioca flour ,oyster sauce .Stir it well for 1 minutes
- Add the crispy crab into the wok and toss gently for 10 seconds
- . garnish with coriander and Serve hot
Sate Sauce
Ingredients:
- Onion 1pcs
- Lemongrass 2tbsp
- Ginger 2ttbsp
- Garlic 2tbsp
- Chilli sauce 1tbsp
- Five spices 1tsp
- Annatto seed Oil 4tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
Method
- Saute onion with oil until Nice colour then add lemongrass ,ginger ,garlic ,chilli and stir well
- Then add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chilli sauce and five spices into wok. using it for marinade or dipping sauce
