1.Crispy Calamari with Salt and Pepper Sauce
Salt and Pepper Sauce :
Ingredients
- Salt 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Black Pepper 1tsp
- Chilli sauce 1tsp
- Kumquats Juice or Lime 1tsp
Method : Mixed well together
Ingredients :
- Calamari Score it and cut into small pieces 200gr
- Egg White 1pcs
- Convenience Seasoning 1tsp ( 1tbsp salt ,1tbsp suagar ,1tsp Black Pepper)
- Chilli Sauce 1tsp
- Five Spices 1 pinch
- Carrot 20gr
- Tapioca / Corn Flour 100gr
- Fresh Chilli 10gr
- Garlic Chive 10gr
Method :
- Mixed Calamari with Eggwhite ,Chilli sauce ,Five Spicy and Convenience seasoning then add tapioca coating nicely until Mushrooms completely cover with the Flour
- Deep fryer 200 degree until the colour Golden Brown
- In Another Wok ,add 1tsp Garlic ,carrot ,chilli ,Garlic chive .Mixed well together and put on top of Crispy Calamari
